No refunds exist for opened software.
Customer agrees to adhere to all purchase policies to operate the unit only as directed in the Paperless Cockpit Implementation and Operational Guides and in the Customer Support Acknowlegement Policy and in accordance with Approved Software List. Use of un-authorized software or hardware voids all warranties, service contracts, or any potential credits or refunds.
Customer agrees to contact Paperless Cockpit prior to making any desired additions, deletions, or cancellations of charting, planning, or any and all other Approved Software installed by Paperless Cockpit. Customer agrees to use all Paperless Cockpit hardware and software in compliance with FAA and applicable international aviation regulatory authorities. 1.5% late fee will be assessed to invoices for every 30 days past due. Customers will be responsible for all collection fees.
