| Help Desk Assistant |
The Help Desk Assistant is an entry level full-time position with opportunity for advancement in a fast moving, growing aviation information technology company that services Fortune 500 companies, heads of state, and celebrities. Qualifying candidates must have experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, excellent PC troubleshooting technique, excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, and a professional demeanor. Aviation experience is a plus.
Job duties include (but not limited to):
- Supporting end users on a variety of issues.
- Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
- Responding to telephone calls, email and on-site support requests.
- Documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Installing and configuring software on PC platform.
- Receiving, packaging and shipping customer equipment.
- Assisting Help Desk Supervisor as required.
Compensatation is $8 to $12 and hour, depending upon experience. The Benefits package includes health care, vacation, and tuition reimbursment for qualifying candidates.

| Outside Sales Representative |
The Outside Sales Representative requires a strong sales background, solid knowledge and understanding of aviation industry, and familiarity with avionics and Electronic Flight Bag technologies. A minimum of two years experience in business to business sales of technology products and services is also required. Avionics or aircraft sales experience is a plus. The candidate should also have either a current Private Pilot License with Instrument Rating (CFII a plus) and current Medical Certificate, or AMT certification (Avionics preferred).
Job duties include (but not limited to):
- Generating and qualifing leads using email, cold calling, direct mail, trade shows, and other events.
- Providing technical sales support to Authorized Dealers.
- Conducting training seminars for Authorized Dealers and End-Users.
- Supporting Authorized Dealers during first-time installs.
This position requires up to 80% travel. Compensation includes a base salary (based on experience) plus commission. The Benefits package includes health care, vacation, and tuition reimbursment for qualifying candidates.
